About Rascia

   
 

Rascia has been designing cakes for over 25 years.

She has degrees from the Chicago Wilton School of Confectionary Art, Country Kitchens, and The House of Clarendon.

Her studies include cake design, gumpaste, pulled sugar, rolled fondant, and cake sculptures.

Rascia has studied with Wesley Wilton, Roland Winbeckler, Colette Peters, Bronwen Weber and Julie Bashore.
