What do you need in a wedding cake?

Either a real cake or a dummy cake can be used for your wedding.  For different reasons, many brides are now considering dummy wedding cakes.  Perhaps you are having a dessert bar, or you may also want to have sheet cakes to serve your guests.  The advantages to having a dummy cake can range from:

1. Being able to ship the cake directly to you, weeks in advance.

2. No delivery charges.

3. No cutting charges.  (Many venues now charge for cutting wedding cakes).
